Nevada Court - Designed and built with your comfort in mind.  Because these homes are built airtight, heating and cooling are more efficient and easier to control.  Not only are utility costs reduced but dust, dirt and pollution are kept out.  Airtight construction also means better air quality. Adequate ventilation is coupled with airtight construction and energy-efficient air conditioning to ensure that Nevada Court homes are comfortable  and free from unwanted odors, moisture and stale air buildup.  Since ventilation plays a vital role in helping these homes “breath”,   A solar-powered combination system heats both the water heater and the home itself.  This hydronic heating system is both highly efficient and easy to maintain.

First-time homebuyer assistance
Through their Affordable Homeownership Opportunity Program (AHOP), DAHC is able to provide upfront assistance with down-payment and closing costs for first-time homebuyers who meet income eligibility requirements.  Although it is not required that Nevada Court home-buyers fall within these income guidelines, those buyers who do have gross incomes that do not exceed these income guidelines may qualify for upfront assistance.
