Since ventilation plays a vital role in helping these homes “breath”, A solar-powered combination system heats both the water heater and the home itself. This hydronic heating system is both highly efficient and easy to maintain.

Prices are expected to average approximately $125,000 and monthly utility bills should be less than $60. First-time homebuyer assistance
Through their Affordable Homeownership Opportunity Program (AHOP), DAHC is able to provide upfront assistance with down-payment and closing costs for first-time homebuyers who meet income eligibility requirements. Although it is not required that Nevada Court home-buyers fall within these income guidelines, those buyers who do have gross incomes that do not exceed these income guidelines may qualify for upfront assistance.
